Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Streamfy application ("Service"). By accessing or using Streamfy, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

Streamfy is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally permitted to use the Service
• You comply with the laws of Your country or region

Accounts found belonging to users under 18 may be suspended or permanently terminated.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep Your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under Your account

You may not:

• Share or sell accounts
• Impersonate another person
• Use fake identities or misleading information

3. Community Rules & Prohibited Activities

Users must behave respectfully and legally while using Streamfy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Child exploitation or harmful content
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
• Violent or illegal activities
• Fraud, scams, or misleading promotions
• Unauthorized advertising or spam
• Copyright infringement
• Uploading malware or harmful software
• Attempting to hack or exploit the Service
• Selling virtual items outside the app

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement where applicable

4. Live Streaming Rules

Users conducting livestreams must:

• Follow all community guidelines
• Respect the privacy and rights of others
• Avoid illegal or explicit content

Streamfy reserves the right to:

• Monitor livestreams
• Remove streams without notice
• Restrict streaming privileges
• Suspend accounts involved in violations

5. Virtual Coins, Diamonds & Gifts

Streamfy may offer virtual coins, diamonds, gifts, and digital items.

These items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Are non-transferable outside the Service

All virtual items remain the property of Streamfy.

6. Purchases & Refund Policy

Purchase Processing

All payments are securely processed through official billing systems such as Google Play Billing. We do not store payment card information.

Refund Policy

All purchases of virtual coins, diamonds, gifts, or digital items are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or official store policies.

Refunds will NOT be approved if purchased diamonds, coins, or digital items have been:

• Used
• Spent
• Gifted
• Transferred
• Consumed in any way

Refund requests may only be considered if:

• A verified technical issue prevented delivery
• The purchased items remain completely unused
• The request is submitted within 72 hours
• Valid purchase proof is provided

Refund approval remains subject to Google Play policies and Streamfy verification procedures.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a payment is reversed through a chargeback or dispute:

• Corresponding virtual items may be removed
• The account may be restricted or terminated

Fraudulent payment activity may result in permanent suspension.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content You upload, but by using Streamfy You grant Us permission to:

• Display Your content
• Store and distribute Your content
• Moderate and promote Your content within the platform

You are solely responsible for content You upload or stream.

9. Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their Streamfy account directly from the Application.

To delete Your account:

• Open the Streamfy Application
• Go to Settings
• Select Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion request

Once confirmed, the account and associated data will be automatically deleted from our systems, subject to legal retention requirements.

Please note:

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Remaining virtual coins or diamonds are non-refundable
• Some data may remain temporarily in backups for legal or security purposes

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Streamfy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• User behavior threatens platform safety or integrity

Termination may occur without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All Streamfy branding, logos, software, design elements, and platform features are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted service
• Compatibility with all devices

Use of the Service is at Your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamfy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Unauthorized account access
• User-generated content
• Service interruptions

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the Application with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh.
