1. Age Restriction (18+ Only)

Streamfy is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, You confirm that You are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to use the platform. Accounts found belonging to minors may be suspended or permanently terminated.

  • Profile photos and uploaded content
  • Purchase transaction records
Usage Information

  • Operating system and app version
  • Usage statistics and diagnostics

3. Camera, Microphone & Storage Access

With Your permission, Streamfy may access Your camera, microphone, and media storage for live streaming, voice chat, uploading photos, and video communication features.

You may disable these permissions anytime through Your device settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Enable live streaming and social features
  • Process purchases and virtual item transactions
  • Improve app performance and user experience
  • Detect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
  • Send service notifications and updates

5. Virtual Coins, Diamonds & Purchases

Streamfy offers virtual coins, diamonds, gifts, and digital items through official billing systems such as Google Play Billing.

All payments are securely processed by Google Play. We do not store payment card information.

6. Refund Policy

All virtual items including coins, diamonds, gifts, and digital items are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law or Google Play policies.

Refunds will NOT be approved if purchased diamonds, coins, or digital items have been:

  • Used
  • Spent
  • Gifted
  • Transferred
  • Consumed in any way

Refund requests may only be considered if:

  • A verified technical issue prevented delivery
  • The purchased items remain completely unused
  • The request is submitted within 72 hours
  • Valid purchase proof is provided

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell Your personal data.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers and payment processors
  • Analytics and security providers
  • Government authorities when required by law

8. Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their account directly from the Application.

To delete Your account:

  • Open the Streamfy Application
  • Go to Settings
  • Select Delete Account
  • Confirm the deletion request

Once confirmed, the account and associated data will be automatically deleted from our systems, subject to legal retention requirements.

Please note:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Remaining coins or diamonds are non-refundable
  • Some data may remain temporarily in backups for legal or security purposes

9. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect Your information. However, no online system is completely secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Services

Streamfy may use third-party services including:

  • Google Play Services
  • Firebase
  • Analytics providers
  • Payment processors

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the Application with a revised "Last Updated" date.
